This place suits me perfectly, offering a rooftop pool, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. The staff even helped me find my forgotten earpods on my first stay! I highly recommend trying the poolside snack bar. I'm coming back for a xmas.

The rooftop pool offered great views and a nice atmosphere.
The valet service was inconveniently situated, making it challenging to manage our luggage on a busy street. Furthermore, the constant flickering of the bathroom lights through the night disrupted any chance of restful sleep, turning our anticipated getaway into a frustrating experience.

Nice stay but some hiccups
We had a comfy room with an amazing large bathroom, and the roof pool was super chill. Staff was friendly, but getting a bucket of ice took way too long, and we had to ask multiple times. The bar had great vibes but the drinks were kinda off. Wouldn't recommend the hotel restaurant either.

The location is a major plus, providing easy access to the Riverwalk and Alamo, making exploration convenient. Staff service stood out, particularly with the exceptional assistance during check-in and the attentive bell staff. However, the dining experience fell short, particularly at breakfast, with limited choices and slow service.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out my room was ready early, making my arrival stress-free. The rooftop pool and sun terrace offered perfect spots to relax and soak up the sun. The only hiccup was a flickering bathroom light that made nighttime a bit tricky, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! ☀️

The Luxury Collection impresses with its beautifully renovated facilities and luxurious ambiance. The lobby sets a stunning first impression with its grand crystal chandeliers and a baby grand piano. My one-bedroom suite featured modern controls for lighting and thermostat, a walk-in shower, and a comfortable seating area, providing an ideal work environment. The staff was attentive, ensuring quick check-in and providing excellent service throughout my stay.
The towels in the room required updating to be softer.
